Your trademark applications may be rejected or partially rejected after being examined by the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office. Such decisions can be appealed within 2 months from the notification date.
In addition, third parties can object to published trademark applications within 2 months. If there is an objection to your trademark, you must submit your defense file within 1 month.
