1 Trademark Renewal
The protection period of your trademark is 10 years from the application date.
This period can be renewed indefinitely every 10 years.
Trademark renewal process:
✅ A renewal application must be filed 6 months before the protection period expires.
✅ If this period is missed, the right to renew remains valid for an additional 6 months with an extra fee.
✅ Trademarks not renewed within the 6-month grace period after the expiration of the protection period become invalid.
