Payment Process: ✅ Annual fees must be paid according to the fee list set by the institution, and payment should be documented with a bank receipt and sent to the institution.
Late Payment Conditions:
✅ If payment is not made within the specified period, an additional fee can be paid, allowing a 6-month late payment period.
✅ If payment is not made within this 6-month grace period, the patent or utility model rights will expire.
