International Design Registration under the Hague Agreement

The Hague Agreement is an international system that allows you to register your designs in multiple countries with a single application.

Who Can Apply?

  • Those residing in a country party to the Agreement,
  • Those who have an industrial or commercial establishment,
  • Citizens of a country party to the Agreement have the right to apply.

Under the 1999 text, individuals who have permanent residence within the borders of that country can also apply.
