The Priority Right is a system that grants individuals who apply for registration a priority right when they display their designs at official or officially recognized exhibitions in Turkey or in countries that are parties to the Paris Convention. An application must be made within 6 months from the date of display at the exhibition to claim this priority right. Importance and Duration of the Priority Document ✅ The priority document grants applicants the right to be evaluated first, with the priority of the application starting from the priority date.
