B. Unauthorized Use and Commercialization
- Individuals who:
- Reproduce, distribute, or broadcast a work without the permission of the right holder
- Import it to the country through legal or illegal means
- Sell, represent, or publicly display the work for commercial purposes
- Distribute or make the work available using transmission tools, including digital transmission, for broadcast or dissemination
Can face:
- Imprisonment: From 2 to 4 years
