Objection

Objection Procedures Against Institute Decisions

When applicants wish to appeal against the decisions of the Institute, they must submit the following documents within 2 months from the date of notification of the decision:

✅ Objection Petition → A petition explaining the reasons for the objection
✅ Proof of Payment of the Objection Fee → A document showing that the objection examination fee stated in the notification has been paid

Important Note:

If the required documents are not submitted, the objection will be considered as not filed.
Objectioners must submit supporting information, documents, and evidence before the deadline.
Information and documents not submitted within the time frame will not be considered, and the decision will be made based on the existing documents.

The Objection Process:

The objections made are evaluated by the Re-Examination and Evaluation Board.
Against the decisions of the Board, a lawsuit can be filed in the competent court within 60 days from the date of the notification of the decision.
