Powers of the Integrated Circuit Topography Right Holder and Scope of Protection
The integrated circuit topography right holder is authorised to prevent the following acts performed without its authorisation:
✅ Unauthorised Reproduction:
Except for parts that do not meet the conditions of originality, the incorporation of the protected integrated circuit topography in whole or in part into an integrated circuit or unauthorised reproduction in any way may be prevented.
✅ Unauthorised Use and Distribution:
The unauthorised import, sale or commercial distribution of a protected integrated circuit topography or an integrated circuit containing such topography is prohibited.
The marketing, sale and distribution of products containing integrated circuit topography that have been illegally reproduced may be prevented.
Important Note:
The rights under protection are valid for any commercial use without the permission of the right holder and violations may be subject to legal sanctions.
